WOJAS JOINS THE FUR-FREE STORES PROGRAM

WOJAS SA, the first Polish company specializing in the production of footwear and accessories, joined the Fur Free Stores program, thus declaring its commitment to give up natural animal fur in its collections. This decision is based on ethical considerations and is consistent with other initiatives undertaken by the company in the field of social responsibility. Respect for the environment and animal welfare are an important element of Wojas's business strategy, which is why it was previously decided to withdraw natural fur from production.

Currently, the Fur Free Stores Program brings together over 950 clothing brands and designers from around the world who declare their support for activities related to the ban on fur farming.

FUR does not include:  raw skins or skins transformed into leather products and skins that are completely stripped of hair/fibers/wool during the processing process, materials sheared and combed from animals, wool, sheepskin, sheepskin, skins with hair, e.g. cowhide, synthetic materials, which are supposed to resemble natural fur in appearance.
